Accessing records through Share for Care has several important benefits for patients at the pharmacy.

Medications may change especially after a visit to hospital. With Share for Care access we can ensure that the patient only receives currently prescribed medicines and can monitor such factors as drug interactions and allergies.

Being able to access a person's background health information through a secure computer system allows safer use of medicines and will reduce the difficulty we often experience trying to contact other health professionals by phone.
